Re-Wilding Degraded Land
Re-WildScape specialises in re-wilding degraded land to restore ecological function, support threatened species, and enhance carbon drawdown. We identify missing habitat values, deliver practical restoration solutions, and restore habitat niches to support the recovery of Nature. With experience managing biodiversity on significant private reserves, we monitor environmental health and evaluate outcomes. Our success is demonstrated by the return of conservation-listed species and increased landholder support for regenerative land use.
TESTIMONIAL
"Wren has been an integral part of the ecological restoration and biodiversity monitoring at our conservation wetlands since 2015. Her long-term guidance has helped transform what was once a grazing paddock into a thriving wetland, now supporting a remarkable diversity of wildlife. We’ve taken great pride in watching the landscape come alive, and would encourage other landholders to consider investing in nature repair”

Habitat Assessment and Biodiversity Monitoring
Re-WildScape offers habitat assessment and biodiversity monitoring services to support landholders in managing and enhancing native habitat on their properties. Through detailed site assessments, seasonal field surveys, and clear reporting aligned with property and conservation goals, we help improve conditions for threatened species, support adaptive land management, and connect landholders with their land's wild inhabitants
TESTIMONIAL
‘I commend Wren’s work initiating the Byron Bay Raptor Recovery Centre. She played a key role in securing funding, shaping operations, consulting international experts and advising on the build. Her leadership has guided the development of a world class facility aligned with the NSW Raptor Rehabilitation Code of Practice’

Conservation Project Management
Re-WildScape provides end-to-end conservation project management, guiding complex conservation initiatives from concept to implementation. We have led diverse projects including the Byron Bay Raptor Rehabilitation Centre—a world-class, pre-release flight facility developed in partnership with private funders, wildlife hospitals, and international experts. Our experience also includes restoring cultural fire practices on private land, and designing citizen science programs that engage communities in biodiversity monitoring. We coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and ensure projects meet ecological, cultural, and community goals.
Aquatic Inventory and Fish Stocking
Re-WildScape offers aquatic inventory and native fish stocking services to enhance the health and resilience of farm dams, wetlands, and natural pools. We assess catchment connectivity, existing species composition and food web dynamics. We develop tailored stocking plans using locally sourced native aquatic plants, macro invertebrates, molluscs, crustaceans, and fish. By restoring all functional layers of the freshwater ecosystem, we help landholders create balanced, biodiverse aquatic habitats that support long-term ecological stability and waterway health.
Invasive Species Management
Re-WildScape delivers invasive species management services to protect native biodiversity from the growing impacts of introduced predators and competitors. We design site-specific strategies to monitor and manage key invasive species—including feral foxes, cats, cane toads, Indian mynas, and exotic fish—whose combined pressures disrupt native food webs, outcompete local fauna, and threaten the survival of vulnerable species. Our approach integrates field-based monitoring, targeted control, and ecological restoration to support long-term recovery of native wildlife and ecosystem balance.
